Overview

I developed a minimalistic logo for Flux, an industrial engineering company based in Chicago, Illinois. The goal was a fresh, tech-centered mark, with outlined strokes representing the strings of code and wiring involved in the industry.

I helped draft and develop the logo used across their website and events, which was positively received by their clients and partners.

Early explorations leaned literal — circuit boards, gears — before landing on the outlined stroke system that reads more like a signature than a diagram.

The logo mark can be used as an outline or a filled color. Giving versatility to digital and print applications while using cropped parts of the logo as abstract shapes to accompany brand materials.
