Overview

I developed the logo and color scheme for the golf brand Back9Demon, a golfing YouTube channel that focuses on specific golfing challenges and course reviews.

I worked with the founder to develop a fun, simple logo visible at both small and large scale, plus simple motion animations for their website — incorporating a playful ‘Demon’ visual to highlight the intensity and sportsmanship within the community.

The client wanted a logo that was crisp and minimal and could be utilized at a multitude of sizes. The demon skull was inspired by the client’s ambition of being a “demon” on the course, with heavy emphasis on the back nine phrase as well.
